About 360 CAMHS

360 CAMHS provides care and support in people's own homes in London, in and around the borough of Tower Hamlets. Our approach is to build support around the individual rather than to offer a fixed package and expect people to fit it. Much of our work is with younger adults, and with people who have a learning disability or autism. There what helps most is communication suited to the individual, a routine that can be relied upon and support that builds skills and confidence rather than quietly replacing them. We take time to understand how somebody prefers to be approached and what they are trying to tell us, including when that is not said in words. We also support people living with mental health conditions, where a steady and trusting relationship matters more than anything else, along with staff who know somebody well enough to notice when things are shifting. Where a person has goals of their own, whether that is work, study or managing more of their own affairs, we plan support that draws back as their confidence grows. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. Please contact us and ask in detail how we would approach things.
