About 365Medicare

365Medicare Tameside provides care at home for people in Hyde and across Tameside. We support people in the place they know best, with as much or as little help as they need, from a single call each morning through to several visits a day. For older people we help with washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, meals and drinks, laundry, shopping and keeping the home comfortable. We also help people get out of the house, which is often the first thing to slip and one of the most important to keep going, and we notice the quieter changes, a fading appetite or somebody less steady than last month, raising them early with the family or the doctor. For people living with dementia we keep the same care workers going into the same homes wherever the rota allows, work with the routine the household already has and avoid moving things about. We support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where the work is usually about independence and about communicating in the way that suits the person, and where somebody has sight or hearing loss we adapt how we communicate and always say who we are.
