About Us

At Outreach Sefton, we provide home care to people living in Southport and the surrounding areas of Sefton, supporting individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as they wish to do so.

We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults living with physical disabilities, those experiencing sight or hearing loss, and people living with dementia. We understand that no two people are the same, and we take time to get to know each person we support, their routines, their preferences, and what matters most to them day to day.

Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of requires improvement, and we want to be straightforward about that. We took the findings seriously and have been working hard to address the areas identified. We believe in being honest with the people we support and their families, and we feel it is important that anyone considering care with us knows where we stand and what we are doing about it.
