Infinity Comfort Care provides support at home for people in the Manchester and Rochdale area. Our carers visit people where they live, helping with the parts of the day that have become difficult while leaving the rest well alone. Most of the people we visit are older and many are living with dementia. We also support younger adults and people with sight or hearing loss. Everything begins with a proper conversation in your own home about your routine, your preferences and what you would rather carry on managing yourself. We write the plan from your answers and review it honestly as things change in either direction. Visits can cover personal care, help with medication, cooking a meal, shopping and housework, getting out to appointments, or company for somebody who sees very few people in a week. We keep care teams small so the same faces turn up, because being greeted by somebody you know changes the character of the whole visit, and for a person living with dementia it matters even more. Where somebody has sight or hearing loss we take particular care over how we communicate. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are glad to be asked about our training, our staffing and how we handle concerns.
