About Us
At Serveco, we provide home care to people living in Retford and the surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire. We work with individuals who want to remain in their own homes, living as independently as possible, and we tailor our support to fit around each person rather than asking them to fit around us.
We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia or a physical disability. We also work with individuals who are managing alcohol or drug misuse, recognising that people in those circumstances deserve the same quality of care and respect as anyone else we support. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach, and we take the time to understand what matters most to each person before we begin.
Home care means something different to everyone. For some people it is help with personal care or medication in the morning. For others it is more regular and intensive support throughout the day. Whatever is needed, we aim to provide it consistently and reliably, with the same familiar faces where possible, so that people feel comfortable and at ease with those coming into their homes.

We try to make that process as straightforward and honest as we can, and we stay in regular contact with families and those we support to make sure things are working well and adjusting when they are not.
