Pinnacle Care Professionals provides support at home for people across Doncaster and the surrounding area. Needing help should not mean giving up the house, the street and the routines somebody has spent years building, and our job is to make sure it does not. Our carers visit older people who need assistance with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the household tasks that quietly become obstacles. We also support people living with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who want support built around work, study and a social life rather than support that takes over their decisions. Everything starts with a conversation about how the person likes their day to run and what they would rather handle themselves. We plan visits around that, review them as needs change and keep families in the picture where that is wanted. Reliability matters a great deal to us, because being late is no small thing when somebody is waiting to get up or take medication. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather state that clearly at the outset.
