About Us
Elevated Grace Healthcare provides care and support in people's own homes across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We help people carry on living where they are settled, with support arranged around the household rather than around our convenience.
We visit older people and younger adults, including adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. Support may cover personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and for a good many people it also means reliable company at a predictable hour.
We support people living with dementia and plan our rounds so that the same carers see the same people wherever we can manage it. Familiarity and routine do more to reduce anxiety than any technique we could apply.
Care begins with an assessment at home and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. Some households need a great deal of support and others need surprisingly little, and it is our job to say which rather than to recommend a larger package than is warranted. The plan belongs to the person and changes as their needs change.
We know that inviting someone into your home is a significant step, so we introduce carers properly and welcome questions at any stage.
