About Us
We provide care and support at home for people across Newark and the surrounding parts of Nottinghamshire. Our support goes to a broad group of people, including older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing a mental health condition, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss.
What links such different situations is that everybody we work with wants to live in their own home and needs some support to make that possible. So we start with the person's own account of what a good week looks like and build the support around it, agreeing the timings, the tasks and the way things should be done, and then keeping to that.
Some of the people we support need a great deal of help. Others need very little, but need it to be dependable. We take both equally seriously, and we keep our teams consistent so that people are not forever explaining themselves to somebody new.
