About Us

Fosse Healthcare supports people in their own homes across Nottinghamshire from our base in Mansfield. We work with older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing a mental health condition, and people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment.

Care at home should follow the person's life rather than the other way round, so we start by asking what help is genuinely wanted, at what times, and what somebody would still prefer to do without assistance. That agreement is written down clearly, and when it stops matching reality we change it.

Continuity matters more than almost anything in this work. Familiar carers arriving when expected make a real difference, particularly for people living with dementia, and we build our rotas with that in mind.
