About Us

We provide care at home in Scunthorpe and across North Lincolnshire. Those we support include older adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, younger adults, people living with eating disorders, and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug use.

A range that wide means manner matters as much as competence and that we plan one household at a time. Somebody recovering from an eating disorder does not need a carer with opinions about food. An autistic adult does not need one who improvises. Several of the people we support have been judged rather than helped before, and we recruit and supervise with that in mind.

The rest is organisation. Realistic rounds, no packages we cannot staff, and a phone call rather than a silence when something has to change.

Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We would rather hear about a small problem the week it happens than a serious one months later.
