About Us

We are Lincolnshire Quality Care, a home care agency supporting adults in their own homes in Grimsby and across North East Lincolnshire. We work with older people and with younger adults, including people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions or an eating disorder, people with physical disabilities or with sight or hearing loss, and people dealing with problems related to alcohol or drugs.

Working across that range has taught us not to assume anything from a diagnosis. Two people with the same condition often want completely different things from us, so every arrangement starts with a proper conversation about the person, their household, what they still manage themselves and where support would genuinely help.

Our visits cover personal care, medication support, meals, household tasks, appointments and getting out and about, as well as the harder to describe work of being a dependable presence in somebody's week. Our carers are trained for the particular needs of the people they visit rather than briefed in general terms, and senior staff are contactable at any hour.
