About Provider24/7
Provider24/7 is a home care agency in Newham, east London, visiting people in their own homes across the borough and nearby. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people with a physical disability, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Most people who contact us want the same thing, which is to stay in their own home. Our job is to make that realistic rather than to take anything over. For some that is one call each morning to help with washing and dressing. For others it is several visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and company, or longer periods of support where needs are more constant. We plan travel time into rotas properly so that visits are not rushed or clipped short, which in London takes some doing. We also try to keep the same carers going to the same people, because relationships are where most of the value sits, particularly for people living with dementia or for autistic adults. We are honest with families about what home care can and cannot safely cover, and we say so early if someone's needs are outgrowing it rather than letting a situation drift. Please get in touch if you would like to talk through support at home in Newham, and we will go through the options plainly.
