About Us

Here at Austen Allen Homecare, we provide personal and compassionate care to people living in their own homes across Rochester and the wider Medway area. We believe that remaining at home, surrounded by familiar faces and cherished routines, makes a real difference to a person's wellbeing, and everything we do is shaped around that belief.

We support a wide range of people, including older adults, individuals living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, people experiencing mental health difficulties, and those managing physical disabilities. Every person we care for has their own story, their own preferences, and their own way of doing things, and we work hard to make sure our support reflects that.

Our team takes time to get to know the people we visit, not just their care needs but who they are as individuals. That kind of relationship matters enormously, both to the people we support and to us. We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and we do not take that lightly.
