About Us

At London Care in Chatham, Medway, we provide home care support to people living in their own homes across our local community. We work with older adults, people living with dementia, individuals with learning disabilities or autism, those experiencing mental health difficulties, people with physical disabilities, and those with visual or hearing impairments. We also support people managing eating disorders. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live as independently and comfortably as possible, in the place they know best.

We understand that inviting a care worker into your home is a significant decision, and we do not take that trust lightly. We take time to understand each person as an individual, learning what matters to them, how they like their day to run, and what support actually looks like for them specifically. Care is not one size fits all, and we try hard to make sure our support reflects that.
