About Us

At A&J Assisted Living, trading as Radfield Home Care Loughborough, Charnwood and Melton Mowbray, we provide home care to people across Loughborough and the wider Leicestershire area. Our focus is straightforward: helping people live well in their own homes, on their own terms.

We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Every person we support has their own story, their own routines, and their own idea of what a good day looks like. Our role is to fit around that, not the other way around.

We are proud to hold an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the effort and commitment our whole team brings to this work every single day.
