About Us

We provide home care to people living in Leicester and across Leicestershire. Our carers visit people in their own homes, and everything we do starts from the assumption that the person receiving care is the one who decides how it should work.

Our support covers help with washing, dressing and continence, prompting or giving medication, preparing meals, light household tasks, shopping and getting out to appointments. Some people want a single short call each day. Others need several visits, and some want longer periods of company and support.

We work with older people and with younger adults. We support people living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Each of those groups asks for something a little different, and we would rather adjust our approach than expect people to fit around ours.

Care plans are agreed with the person and reviewed as needs change. Where something concerns us on a visit, we pass it on promptly to the family or the relevant health professional rather than waiting for the next review.
