We plan support with the person, not simply with whoever made the enquiry, and we write it down in plain language so everyone knows what has been agreed. We try to send the same carers to the same households, because trust takes time and nobody wants a stranger in their bathroom. Our carers complete their training before working alone, and we review how things are going at regular intervals and whenever circumstances change. If something goes wrong we want to hear about it quickly, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
