We keep the same small team around a person, we give proper notice before anything changes, and we hold to what we have agreed even when a rota would rather we did not. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission. We are happy to be asked directly about our training, our staffing and how we respond when something goes wrong.
