About Us
London Care Responds provides care and support in people's own homes across Lambeth and neighbouring parts of London. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and younger adults.
Arranging care in London brings its own difficulties. Families are often spread across the city or further, flats can be hard to reach, and support that looks fine on paper falls apart if a visit is unreliable. We plan our rounds realistically, keep our teams local to the areas they cover and make sure someone can always be reached.
Our visits cover personal care, medication, meals, mobility, help getting up and settling at night and support to get out and about. We keep the same familiar faces coming wherever we can, because home care only works when the person arriving already knows how things are done in that home.
