About Trinity Healthcare

Trinity Healthcare provides care and support to people in their own homes in Hull. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have mental health needs or physical disabilities, and with younger adults. Each package is planned around the person rather than offered from a list. Some people want a short call in the morning to help with washing, dressing and medication so the day starts safely. Others need support at several points, with meals, mobility, the laundry and the house, or help to get out to appointments, work and the people who matter. For younger adults and for people with a learning disability, the work is often about making independent living practical, from budgeting and cooking to keeping a tenancy going. We visit before anything begins, agree the plan with the person and anyone they want present, write it in plain words and review it as circumstances change. We are honest when we think somebody needs more support than can safely be provided at home. Keeping the same carers going into the same households is something we work at properly, because familiarity is how changes get noticed early. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please contact us to arrange a visit in Hull.
