Here at Serene Home Care, we provide personalised home care support to people living in Gravesend and the surrounding areas of Kent. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live well in the comfort of their own homes, on their own terms, surrounded by the things and people that matter most to them.
We work with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We recognise that no two people are the same, which is why we take the time to get to know each person properly before anything else. Care plans are built around the individual, not the other way around.
For those living with dementia, we understand how important familiarity and consistency are. Familiar faces, familiar routines, and a calm, unhurried approach can make an enormous difference to daily life, and we try to reflect that in the way we work.
