About Beech Tree Total Care
Beech Tree Total Care in Ashford supports people in their own homes across Ashford and the surrounding parts of Kent. We work with older people, people living with dementia, people living with mental ill health, adults with a physical disability, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Nearly everyone who contacts us wants to stay in their own home, and our job is to make that realistic rather than to take anything over. For some people that is one call each morning to help with washing and dressing. For others it is several visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and company, or longer sits so a family carer can have time of their own. We start by asking what help is actually wanted. People tend to be very clear about what they can still manage and would rather keep doing, and getting that right at the beginning is what stops support feeling like an intrusion. Plans follow that conversation and get reviewed properly when things change. Continuity is where we focus our effort. A familiar carer who knows the house, the routine and the person makes a visit work in a way a stranger cannot, and that matters most where dementia or reduced sight and hearing are involved. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please ring us if you would like to talk it through.
