About Us

At Harlon Healthcare, we provide home care support to people living in Dartford and the surrounding areas of Kent. Our work takes place in the most important setting of all: the homes of the people we support. We believe that remaining in familiar surroundings, close to the people and routines that matter most, makes a real difference to how someone feels and how well they thrive.
