About Excellent Health Care

Excellent Health Care provides support to people in their own homes across Hayes and the wider borough of Hillingdon. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with people who have learning disabilities and autism, with people managing mental health conditions, and with people who have physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment. Because the people we support are so different from one another, we do not have a house style of care. We have a way of starting, which is to ask a lot of questions and listen to the answers. What does a good day look like. What has become difficult. What help would be welcome and what help would feel like an intrusion. Who else should be involved, and who should not. From there our carers help with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out into the community. We keep the group of carers going to each household as small as we can, and we review arrangements as circumstances change rather than leaving a plan to go out of date. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating. We would rather say that openly and answer questions about how we recruit, train and supervise our staff.
