About Us

We are a home care provider based in Waltham Cross, supporting people in their own homes across this part of Hertfordshire and the surrounding area.

We work with older people and with adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic.

That combination means we run two rather different kinds of support, and we treat them as different rather than pretending one approach fits both. For older people, the work is usually about keeping somebody safely and comfortably at home: help with washing and dressing, support with medication, meals prepared properly, a hand with the house, and the company that often matters as much as any of it.

For adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, the work is more about enabling. Where somebody wants to cook for themselves, manage their own money, use public transport or hold down a job or a course, we work at it with them patiently and at their pace, and we do not decide in advance what is beyond anybody.

In both cases we take real care over who supports whom and keep those arrangements steady, because this depends on trust more than on procedure. We work closely with families, social workers and health professionals.
