About Us
At First Choice Medical Solutions, we provide home care across Waltham Cross and the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire, supporting people to live as independently and comfortably as possible in their own homes. We believe that receiving care should never mean losing control of your own life, and everything we do is built around that principle.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Each person who comes to us has their own story, their own routines, and their own expectations of what a good life looks like. Our job is to understand that and work alongside people rather than simply doing things for them.
Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which reflects the consistency and thoughtfulness our team brings to their work day to day. We are genuinely proud of that recognition, though we know good care is something you have to keep earning through every visit and every conversation.
We take matching seriously. Getting the right carer to the right person matters enormously, and we put real thought into making sure the people we support feel comfortable and familiar with those coming into their homes. Trust takes time to build, and we respect that.
Whether someone needs support for just a few hours a week or more intensive daily assistance, we approach every arrangement with the same level of attention and care. Families and those we support can always speak to us directly if something needs adjusting, because we would rather hear about a concern early than let something small become a bigger problem.
If you would like to find out more about how we can help, we would be very happy to have a conversation.
