About Us

We are the Home Instead team covering Cuffley, Cheshunt and Harlow, working from Potters Bar and supporting people in their own homes across Hertfordshire and the surrounding area.

We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need support to live independently. In practice that ranges from companionship and a hand with the shopping through to full personal care, medication support and help at both ends of the day.

Our visits are not rushed.
