About Us
At New Hope Care Hereford, we provide home care to people living in Hereford and the surrounding areas of Herefordshire. Our work centres on supporting people to live well in their own homes, on their own terms, with the kind of care that fits around their life rather than the other way around.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also support people managing eating disorders or alcohol and drug misuse, and we take those responsibilities seriously. Whatever brings someone to us, we try to understand their situation fully before we do anything else.
We are proud to have received a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission. That matters to us, not simply as a mark on a report, but because it reflects the effort our team puts in day to day to make sure the people we support are safe, well cared for, and treated with real respect.
Home care works best when the person receiving it feels genuinely listened to. We spend time getting to know the people we support and the families around them, because good care cannot happen without that understanding. Routines, preferences, communication needs and personal goals all shape how we work with each individual.
Our team is drawn from the local community and many of us have lived or worked in Herefordshire for a long time. That local connection matters. We understand the area, we know how to navigate local support networks, and we are accessible to the people and families who need us.
If you would like to find out more about how we might be able to help, we would be very glad to hear from you.
