About Us

At H.M. Care Agency, we provide home care to people living in Hereford and the surrounding areas of Herefordshire. We come to you, supporting you in the place that matters most, your own home, where you feel comfortable and where your routines, relationships and independence can be maintained.

We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, people living with dementia, individuals with learning disabilities or autism, people managing mental health conditions, those with physical disabilities, and people with visual or hearing impairments. We take the time to understand each person as an individual, because the right support looks different for everyone and there is no single approach that fits all.

Our care is shaped around what each person needs and wants. Whether that means assistance with daily tasks, companionship, help getting out and about, or more specialist support, we work closely with the people we care for and their families to make sure the care we provide is genuinely useful and respectful of how they want to live.

We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That outcome reflects the effort our team puts in day to day, and we continue to look at how we can improve and build on that.
