About Everycare

Everycare Romford supports people in their own homes in Romford and across the Havering area. We work with older people and with younger adults, and our experience includes dementia and physical disabilities. Most people who contact us want the same thing, which is to carry on living where they are. Our job is to make that practical rather than a daily struggle. That might be a morning call to help somebody wash, dress and take their medication, visits through the day for meals and company, help with the shopping and the house, or a hand to get to an appointment. We assess at home, agree the plan with the person and their family, and change it as circumstances change rather than when a review falls due. For somebody living with dementia, familiarity and timing matter more than anything else we can offer, so we keep teams small and send the same carers wherever the rota allows, and we say in advance when we cannot. Where there is a physical disability, we think about equipment, layout and the exact moment help is needed, and we assist at the point of need rather than taking over. Our carers are checked and trained before they visit anybody and have senior colleagues they can actually reach. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall, and we are happy to talk without obligation.
