About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in Romford and across Havering. Our purpose is to make staying at home workable, with support that turns up reliably and is delivered by carers the household knows.

The people we support are varied. We visit older people needing help with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where continuity of carer matters more than anything else we could offer. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired. We also support people living with eating disorders, where mealtimes call for patience and a plan agreed with the person and their clinical team.

Taking on that range means briefing carers properly before they start with somebody new, so they arrive knowing how that particular person wants things done.
