About Us
Bespoke Health and Social Care supports people in their own homes across Southampton and the wider Hampshire area. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with mental health needs, people with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults.
That is a broad range, and we would rather explain how we handle it than simply list it. Every package starts with a proper conversation about what somebody actually wants help with, what they can manage perfectly well on their own and what matters to them about how support is delivered. Some people want brisk, efficient visits and nothing more. Others want someone who will sit for ten minutes and talk. Both are legitimate and we plan accordingly.
Consistency is the thing we work hardest at. Care at home only works when the person opening the door recognises who is on the other side, so we build small, settled teams around each person and keep changes to a minimum.
We support younger adults and people with learning disabilities to live the lives they have chosen, which often means support around work, college, travel and relationships rather than personal care alone. Where we are working with health or social work colleagues, we keep in step with them.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Do get in touch if you would like to talk things through.
