About Us

Here at A&RS Solutions, we provide home care to people living in Southampton and the surrounding areas of Hampshire. Our work takes place where it matters most: in people's own homes, where they feel comfortable, familiar and at ease.

We support a range of individuals, including older people, those living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and younger adults who need a helping hand to live as independently as possible. Each person we work with has their own routines, preferences and ways of doing things, and we take the time to understand what matters to them before we ever begin.

Home care looks different for everyone. For some, it means support with personal care and daily tasks. For others, it is about having a familiar, reliable face call in regularly to offer companionship and practical help. We work around the needs of the individual rather than asking people to fit around us.

Dementia care sits at the heart of what we do, and we know how important it is to approach this with patience, consistency and a real understanding of how dementia affects daily life. Familiar surroundings can make an enormous difference to someone living with dementia, which is exactly why remaining at home is so valuable for many of the people we support.

We are based in Southampton and proud to serve our local community. Being a smaller, locally focused agency means our team genuinely gets to know the people in their care, and that continuity matters a great deal to us.
