About Us

At The Rosemary Foundation, we provide home care across Petersfield and the surrounding areas of Hampshire, supporting people to live well in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. We work with older adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, individuals experiencing mental health challenges, and people with physical disabilities or visual and hearing impairments.
