About Lillyfields Care

We at Lillyfields Care, Petersfield are proud to offer compassionate home care across Petersfield and the surrounding Hampshire communities, supporting people to live safely and comfortably in the place they know best: their own home. As a home care agency rather than a residential setting, our work takes place within the familiar walls of each person we support. From cottages in the town centre to homes in the villages beyond Petersfield, we bring our care directly to residents across the GU postcode area, adapting to each household, routine, and preference. There is no need to leave behind a beloved garden, a favourite armchair, or a neighbourhood built up over decades. Instead, we come to you, weaving support gently into daily life so independence and dignity remain at the heart of every visit. Our team supports a broad range of needs, and we take the time to understand each person as an individual before care ever begins. For older people, we offer companionship and practical help with the tasks that can become more difficult with age, whether that is preparing meals, managing medication, or simply being a reassuring presence during the day. For those living with dementia, we provide patient, consistent support designed to reduce confusion and anxiety, working closely with families to maintain routines that feel safe and grounding. We also support younger adults, including people with learning disabilities and autism, focusing on enabling choice, confidence, and community connection. For those managing mental health conditions, our approach is calm, non judgemental, and steady, giving people the reliable support they need to live well on their own terms. We assist adults with physical disabilities and those with visual or hearing impairments, tailoring communication and practical help so that every person feels genuinely understood and respected. In practice, this means families can expect care that flexes as needs change. A visit might begin with help getting up and dressed, move into breakfast and medication support, and end with a warm chat before we head on. For loved ones living further afield, knowing that a trusted carer is calling regularly can bring enormous peace of mind. We keep families informed, welcome their input, and see our role as a partnership with the wider circle of people who love and care for each individual. Our most recent CQC inspection, carried out in March 2022, rated us Good overall, with Good ratings across every domain: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well led. For families researching care, that consistency matters. It reflects a team that not only delivers kind and thoughtful support day to day but also runs the agency thoughtfully behind the scenes, with the right training, oversight, and responsiveness to make sure standards are maintained. Choosing home care can feel like a significant step, and we know families often come to us during uncertain or emotional times. Whether you are exploring options for a parent whose needs have gradually grown, arranging support following a hospital stay, or looking for ongoing care for a younger adult family member, we are here to listen without pressure. We would be delighted to talk through how we might help, answer your questions, and explore what a tailored package of care in Petersfield could look like for the person you love.
