About Head Office

We are a home care agency based in Farnham, supporting older people and younger adults in their own homes across the surrounding area. Nearly everyone who contacts us wants the same thing, which is to carry on living where they are. Our role is to make that practical rather than to take anything over. Depending on what is needed, that could be one call each morning to help somebody wash, dress and get the day started, several visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and company, or longer periods of support where needs are more constant. The first conversation is where the work really starts. We want to know how the day usually runs, what has become difficult, and what the person can still do perfectly well and would rather we left to them. People tend to be very clear about that, and respecting it is as much the job as the tasks we take on. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather say that plainly than leave you to find it elsewhere. We know the areas that were identified, work is under way, and we are happy to go through any of it with anyone considering us.
