About Us
We are a home care agency in Farnborough, supporting people across this part of Hampshire in their own homes. The help we give is arranged around ordinary life. Getting washed and dressed in the morning, a hand with meals and medication, company through the afternoon, or support at the end of the day so that going to bed is calm rather than a struggle.
Most of the people we visit are older and want to carry on living where they are, with their own furniture, their own routine and their own front door key. We also support younger adults whose circumstances are different and whose plans matter every bit as much. In both cases we begin by asking what a good day looks like, and we build the visits out of that answer rather than from a standard template.
We keep our teams small enough that people are not meeting a stranger every week. Continuity is not a luxury in home care. It is what allows somebody to notice that a person seems quieter than usual, or is eating less, and to raise it before it turns into a crisis.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating.
