About Us
We are AQS Homecare Hampshire East, a home care agency based in Fareham. We support older people and younger adults in their own homes across the area.
Most people come to us with one question, which is whether somebody can carry on living at home. That is what we help with. For one person it may be a short call each morning so that the day starts safely. For another it is several visits covering personal care, help with medication, meals, moving about safely and the practical business of keeping a household running. We would rather work out an arrangement that genuinely fits than offer something standard and adjust afterwards.
Because the work happens in somebody else's home, how we conduct ourselves there matters as much as what we do. Arriving when we said we would. Asking how a person likes things done and remembering the answer. Putting things back where they belong. Treating being let in as something earned rather than owed.
We aim to send the same carers to the same households, because a carer who knows somebody notices when they are not themselves, and we review support as needs change.
