About Us
Sagecare at Rowan Court provides care at home for people living in Eastleigh and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. Our work is to make staying at home a practical option, with support that fits the day rather than reshaping it.
We visit older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals or mobility, and we support people living with dementia, where familiar surroundings and a familiar face are often the most useful things on offer. We also work with people living with a physical disability and with younger adults who want support that helps them stay independent rather than support that takes over.
Everything starts with a proper conversation about how somebody likes their day to run and what they would rather manage themselves. We plan visits around that, review them as needs change, and keep families informed where that is wanted. Sending familiar carers matters a great deal to us, because somebody who knows a person well will notice a change early, and the person is spared explaining their own routine to a stranger.
