About On Time Care
On Time Care provides support at home to people in Basingstoke and the surrounding area. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have mental health needs or a visual or hearing impairment, and with younger adults. Our name is a promise about the thing families judge home care on, and we take it seriously. We plan rounds so they are actually achievable, we arrive when we said we would, and we telephone when traffic or an emergency is going to make us late rather than leaving somebody watching the clock. Beyond that, each package is planned around the person. Some want a short call in the morning to help with washing, dressing and medication. Others need support at several points, with meals, mobility, the laundry and the house, or help to get out to appointments and to see people. For adults with a learning disability and for autistic adults, the work is often about making independent living practical. We visit before anything begins, agree the plan with the person and anyone they want present, write it in plain words and review it as needs change. The Care Quality Commission has not yet published an overall rating for us. We are registered with them and work to their standards. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
