About Us
Oasis4life Healthcare provides care at home to people in Basingstoke and the surrounding part of Hampshire.
What we offer is simple and depends entirely on doing it well. Visits at times that genuinely suit the person, covering help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and support to get out to appointments or into the day. We work with older people and with younger adults, and we plan each package around the individual rather than fitting someone to a set pattern.
Consistency is what we work hardest at. Care at home is a relationship as much as a list of tasks, and a carer who knows a household notices when something is not right, adjusts without making a fuss and makes a visit feel ordinary rather than clinical. Someone who sees a different face every week has to start again each time, which is not much of a service.
For younger adults, support has to fit around work, study and a social life rather than take the place of them, and we plan accordingly.
We are honest about limits too. Home care suits a great many people, and there are situations where it stops being enough. We would rather say that plainly than let things drift.
