About Us

Flamelily Independent Living provides care at home for people across Andover and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. Our work is to supply the support that keeps somebody independent in their own home, arriving when it is needed and leaving the rest of life alone.

We visit older people who need a hand with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the household jobs that quietly become obstacles. We support people living with dementia, where familiar rooms and a familiar face do a great deal on their own. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults.

Support is agreed with the person, includes what they would rather do for themselves, and is reviewed as circumstances change.
