About Us

Soma Healthcare supports people in their own homes across Greenwich and the neighbouring parts of east London. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia or mental ill health, with people who have physical disabilities or sensory loss, and with adults who have a learning disability or are autistic.

Care at home succeeds or fails on the detail, so we start by meeting the person and finding out how they actually want their day to go. For some households that means a call first thing for washing, dressing and breakfast. For others it is several visits, help with medication, support to get to appointments, or a longer visit that gives a family carer a genuine break.
