About Us
We provide care at home and supported living for people across Greenwich and the neighbouring parts of south east London. Some of the people we work with need a few visits a week, others need support through most of the day, and some are living in their own tenancy with our staff helping them to keep it running.
We support older people, including those living with dementia, and younger adults, among them people with a learning disability or autism, people with physical disabilities and people managing a mental health condition. The support ranges from personal care and medication through to help with money, shopping, appointments, travel and the confidence to do more independently as time goes on.
Our aim in supported living is to work ourselves out of a job wherever that is realistic. Where it is not, we make sure the support is dependable, respectful and given in the way the person prefers.
