About Inspire Support Workers

We provide support in people's own homes across Greenwich. Our aim is to give people enough help to keep living where they want to live, delivered by carers they know and at the times they have agreed. We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else we could offer. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired, along with younger adults needing support to live independently. That range means briefing our support workers thoroughly before they start with somebody new. Turning up prepared, knowing how a particular person wants things done, is the difference between support that helps and support that intrudes. Everything starts with a home visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
