About Us
We are Caregiving Alliance in London, supporting people across Greenwich and the surrounding area in their own homes. We plan support around the life somebody already has rather than offering a standard package, and we aim to keep the same carers visiting the same people.
We support older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and getting out safely, and people living with dementia, where an unhurried manner and a familiar face matter more than anything written in a plan. We work with adults managing mental health conditions, where reliability and genuine listening count for a great deal, people living with a physical disability, where the point is practical independence, and people with sight or hearing loss, where the right adjustments change how connected somebody feels. We also support younger adults, whose priorities are usually about getting on with ordinary life.
In a large city people can easily become isolated, and we think good home care does something about that rather than simply working through a list of tasks.
We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. Until we do, judge us on whether we arrive when we said, whether we stay the full visit and whether we are easy to reach.
