About Avant-Garde Services

Avant Garde provides care and support in people's own homes across the London borough of Greenwich. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. The work covers personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household jobs, shopping, appointments and proper company, and for some of the people we support it looks quite different, with somebody alongside them at college, at a group or on the bus. Genuine improvement comes from listening to the people we visit and then acting on it. That is where our attention sits, and anybody is welcome to hold us to it.
