We are the Black and White Group, based in Gloucester, and we provide care in people's own homes across Gloucestershire. We support older people and younger adults. Our aim is straightforward: enough of the right help, at the right times, for somebody to carry on living where they want to be. Home holds a great deal that is easy to undervalue until it is at risk. Your own routine, your own kitchen, the neighbours who notice when the curtains stay shut, the right to decide the shape of your own day.
