About Expeditions Living

We are Expeditions Living, and we provide support to adults in their own homes in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire. We work with adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people living with mental ill health and people with physical disabilities, including many younger adults who are building a life of their own. Our starting point is that support should make somebody's life bigger, not smaller. We pay close attention to how people communicate and to what makes a day feel manageable, and where somebody wants to take a risk we look for ways to support it safely rather than saying no.
