Aim Up
Aim Up is a home care agency in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (GL50 2LH).
About Aim Up
Aim Up provides care to people in their own homes across Cheltenham and the surrounding parts of Gloucestershire. Home care is a simple idea that is difficult to do well. Somebody needs to arrive when they said they would, know what they are doing, know the person they are visiting, and notice when something has changed. That is the whole job, and it is where we put our attention. Our visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house and with shopping, and support to get out to appointments or simply out of the front door for a while. Some people want us briefly each morning. Others need support through the day. Plenty of arrangements sit somewhere in between, and the right amount often changes over time. We keep teams small and consistent so that our carers build a real working relationship with the people they visit and with their families. It is that familiarity that lets somebody spot a change early, which is often what keeps a person safely at home rather than in hospital. The Care Quality Commission has not yet published an overall rating for us. We are happy to answer questions about how we recruit, train and supervise our carers, and about how we respond when a concern is raised. Please get in touch if you would like to talk about care at home in Cheltenham.
